​A four week program with the following meditation practices;

  • Week 1 - Breathing techniques for stress reduction

  • Week 2 - Mindfulness for self awareness

  • Week 3 - Creative Visualisation for balance

  • Week 4 - Yoga Nidra for rest and relaxation
