KUNDALINI YOGA IS KNOWN AS THE YOGA OF AWARENESS WITH an emphasis on breathing techniques that are dynamic to shift the energy in your mind, body and spirit to FEEL GOOD.

Receive made to order classes that meet your level of experience, durability and needs. 

A minimum of 4 classes are required, no single sessions available. 

KUNDALINI YOGA AND MEDITATION CLASSES

  • Experience deep relaxation, stress reduction, self awareness and self development,

  • Use postures, movements and breathing techniques that stimulate and relax your internal organs, glands, nerves, and muscles,

  • Practice pranayam (breathing techniques), mudra (hand positions), mantra (seeds of intention), asana (movement), meditation, harmonic sound healing and deep relaxation

  • Specialise in accomodating to your level of ability, experience and flexibility, 

  • You can practice in a chair or on the floor depending on what you need,

  • Private classes available for small groups and individuals.
