Meditate your Way, is an introductory program that makes it easy, practical and simple to establish your own home practice of meditation in your daily life.

You will learn various meditation styles and techniques that help you discern what you like best and when to they would be most suitable for you to use in your day to day life

You will experience Mindfulness and Meditation practices that are imbued with Energetic Healing Transmissions from the comfort of your home. Each week we will practice a variety of Meditation techniques that are intuitively guided to meet the group dynamics and energetic frequency in environment.
