Learn to meditate your way with Aleni and begin from wherever you are using different meditation techniques that help you feel calmer, reduce stress and relax. 

A minimum of 4 classes are required, no single sessions available.

The Meditate your Way, provides you with 1 on 1 private classes that helps you develop a strong foundation in meditation that is easy to use and apply. Learn the most effective meditation techniques and understand when to use them to help you alleviate mental stress, emotional overwhelm and anxiety.
