I agree to the below Terms of Service by completing the payment.

All services by Aleni Matsas are designed to support, not replace, medical or psychiatric treatment. Please seek professional care if you believe you may have a condition. Services are not intended to provide and do not constitute medical, legal, or other professional advice. Any service provided does not replace health care or medical services, nor should it be considered medical advice.

Only your physician or other health care provider can do that.

Aleni Matsas makes no claims or guarantees that the Products or Services provide a therapeutic benefit.

Services can include; Coaching, Astrology, Numerology, Energy Healing, Reiki, NLP, Hypnosis, Time Line Therapy, Meditation & Yoga practices offered in any form do not replace health care or medical services, nor should it be considered medical advice. Only your physician or other health care provider can do that. Aleni Matsas makes no claims or guarantees that the Services and/or Products provide a therapeutic benefit.

Aleni Matsas accepts no responsibility or liability for any decisions, actions or inaction you choose to make, now and in the future, based on information provided.

You are to be responsible for decisions you make based upon your own personal choice and guidance.

All services are designed to enhance wellbeing and are not intended as a form of medical treatment. You take responsibility for your own self care at all times.

Cancellation Policy:

In the event that you need to reschedule your appointment a minimum of 7 days notice is required so that someone else may visit or the full fee of your service will be charged.

If you are running late to your appointment or class, you may not be able to receive the full service, and you will be charged the full fee.

A $50 administration fee will be charged if you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 6 days to 3 days prior to your appointment.

If you cancel your appointment within 48hrs of appointment you will be charged the full service.

If you have purchased a 3 month package, all appointments must be used within this period and will incur the full service fee.

Self Care:

Calming music, relaxing meditation, crystals and aromatic oils may also be used throughout your appointment. Please advise prior to your appointment if you are allergic to any aromatic oils or smells.

Confirming your Booking:

To confirm your booking, full payment is required prior to your appointment.

Location:

Appointments held on online via zoom and you will be sent a link prior to your appointment.

Scheduled in person events may held in various locations and private appointments will be sent full address after booking confirmation and payment.
